Poinsettia Class

Tutor: Sam Hamer from Cake Innovations

Join Sam and learn how to make this stunning poinsettia – beautiful to adorn your Christmas cake.

Learn how to work with flower paste, make centres, leaves and vein them. Learn how to dust, set and wire up your poinsettia.

The class runs from 10am to 3.30pm and includes all equipment and materials, together with refreshments and a light lunch.

Places are limited. Book your place by 31st October and SAVE £10 – pay only £85!
£50 non-refundable deposit. Balance payable one month before the class
