Mark’s Macaroon Class

Tutor: Award Winning Master Chocolatier, and winner of BBC’s Creme de la Creme, Mark Tilling.

Spend a fantastic day with Mark whilst you learn the art of making macaroons. You will join Mark to make two different flavours of macaroon, chocolate and hazelnut with a chocolate ganache filling and a raspberry macaroon with a Swiss meringue filling.

Everything is provided. Including a light lunch.
