Gourmet Chocolate Bars

Tutor: Award Winning Master Chocolatier and winner of BBC’s Creme de la Creme, Mark Tilling.

 

Mark is with us again and will teach you how to make marbled chocolate bars with an Earl Grey ganache with a crisp wafer and orange base.  Spray the chocolate bars with a salted caramel and Venezuela ganache with a cocoa nib biscuit.

Learn how to temper chocolate, how to spray and splatter cocoa butter colours with stencils and to marble chocolate using moulds.

Finally learn how to make the ganache’s, caramel and biscuit and wafer bases to create multiple textures in the bar.

Everything is provided. Including a light lunch.
