Marc will be joining us  Workshop based on cake dummies and focused to teach properly new wedding cake
techniques to decorate fancy and contemporary wedding cakes. A very useful workshop where the
students will learn the latest techniques to create an isomalt realistic and hand made geode, marbled
effect on fondant and home made gold leaf. Each student will do their own cake.
